Mihai Popoviciu is considered as being one of the best electro producers from Romania and the eastern part of Europe. Born in 1981, Mihai found himself attracted to the rave scene of the mid 90‘s and at the age of 15 he discovered house music and detroit techno through „Berlin House“, a TV show from the german music channel Viva TV. His passion for the electronic sound grew very fast and after 4 years of being obsessed with techno, by the time he was 19, he started producing his own music. Meanwhile, he met The Model, Masstyk and a few other guys who were also producing electronic music, so they decided to start a record label of their own (Elektro.casnice), but the lack of money and experience postponed this for several years.
The best word to describe Mihai‘s musical work is "eclectic". His productions vary from melodious and melancholic electropop tunes to electro house, from italo to ebm, or from disco to punk. Mihai's debut on wax was in 2005, when his first 12', "Tales From The Moon EP" was released on Gigolo Records. The EP got good reviews from top djs like Laurent Garnier, Mick Wills or DJ Chloe. Being a very productive musician, Mihai can also be found on various romanian CD compilations or on netlabels like Exposed Audio, Arhiva7, SSS, FOEM or Wazzotic.
As a dj, Mihai Popoviciu is appreciated for his ability to genuinely combine various electronic music styles like electro, techno, italo, ebm or acid. He has already played in all major cities from Romania, and abroad in Poland and Germany.

Näd Mika - Electronic Beat Bitch:
Selbsternannte Electronic Beat Bitch und Ausnahmeerscheinung im Ruhrgebiet. Seit nun fast 2 Jahren macht sie die Electro Landschaft unsicher. Auftritte nicht nur im Ruhrgebiet und Berlin, sondern auch im europäischen Umland wie Zürich, Paris, Oslo, Kopenhagen und Dublin. Überall hinterlässt sie hysterische Fangemeinden und gibt nicht auf ihren Electropunkpoptrash in die die Zuhörer zu pumpen. Electro Avantgarde, Gender-Punk oder Pop-Gemetzel?
Kein Label hat sich bis jetzt getraut diesen Sound zu unterstützen. Das erste Album brachte sie im Februar 2006 selbst heraus und die erste Edition des Werkes mit dem Namen Electronic Beat Bitch ist bereits ausverkauft. Nun folgt nach der Remix Vinyl ihres Songs "Girlfriend" die "Schizomatic EP" auf Vokuhila Records.
Nicht nur Peaches spielt ihre Songs in ihrem Set, auch Radiostationen wie 1live setzen sie gerne ein. Näd Mika Songs sind provokativ, tiefgründig aber auch eingängig. Sie spiegeln eine kaputte 80er Seele mit nach trashigen Punk und Electro Beats süchtigem Herz wieder. Näd Mika setzt auf Verwirrung und Verirrung, um Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und neu zu beleuchten. Panos Kanoutas is a Greek electronic producer from Corfu Island with a unique emotional electro techno style and a touch of epic melancholic darkness. While taking his piano lessons, he was co-organizing and developing a unique in Greece experimental percussion project (rock bands, jazz, etc..). Moving from Corfu to Athens to study Music Technology and Sound Engineering he meets Leon Segka from Ntrop recordings and his first releases as Scorpio come out. After his debut album, “Elektra’s Eyes” on Ntrop Greek underground label, Scorpio makes his next international step with a remix for Berlin’s label Gold und Liebe. After several singles and remixes, his latest singles “Vectogramm” and “Emotions are Back” give the stigma of Scorpio’s unique emotional electro style. His live acts bring out dark atmospheres, electro strings, broken beats and techno grooves. Scorpio is performing live in clubs and festivals all around Greece and abroad such as at Trend club (Berlin) and Nothing Hill Arts Club (London), always presenting his unique electro style with live vocoders, laptop and synthesizers. He has also appeared with great success in Synch Festival 2005, the biggest festival in electronic music and digital arts in Greece. His latest COMPUTERREALITY E.P. on Vokuhila records (Germany) includes remixes from Steril and from Nitsch and Gleinser.

The man behind Dj Gio MC-505 is Giosuè Impellizzeri. He started playing piano at the age of 7 but since he was very young his great love was electronic music. In 1995 he began to refine his style playing 'maquina' (techno produced in Spain) and later on playing acid-techno. His 'sound research' started in 1998 when, with a Groovebox Roland Mc-505, he created his first tracks. At the same time he improved also his love for music-journalism. For this in june 2000 his collaboration started with Jocks Mag, italian magazine printed on paper, which is still now in pubblication. But this is only the beginning. From this particular point of view, his support for electronic music gave life to several collaborations. Amongst them we remeber certanly the one with The Dance Web, Cubase, Trend Discotec, DiscoiD, Radio Italia Network's web-site, TechnoDisco, Basebog, Jay Culture and last but not the least Disc-Jockey.it: he prepare, every day, articles, reviews and interviews about the electronic-scene (he realized more of 170 interviews with well-known artists all over the world). In 2002 he released his first single, "Android's Society E.P.", on Gas Records, one of the label of Tmmc Recordings. On it there's also a special remix of "Commodore Generation" by the finnish duo Ural 13 Diktators. The track was played by many famous producers as Tampopo, David Carretta, Vitalic, Capri, Romina Cohn and Endrik Schroeder to name a few. In 2002 his new musical experience re-started, this time with H*Plus Records, with his single "Tameshi Wari E.P.". It included tracks as "Electrogameplayers" and "Capcom Fighter", the follow-up of "Commodore Generation". Once again the ispiration is taken from the videogame-world and sid-music from the 80's. On december 2003 was released his third e.p. called "Superstar Heroes": it was dedicated to all comic-heroes as Superman, Captain America, Batman, Thor, Wonder Woman ... It included also a bonus remix by Dariush, iranian producer. The main-track, "Superstar Heroes", received good reactions from many cool guys around the world as Maru & Comix, Remute, Alex Flatner, Mutron, Zombie Nation, Break 3000, Mitch & Lab Insect, Markus Lange, Gianni Parrotta, Dr. Shingo, Luke Eargoggle, Water Lilly, Savas Pascalidis, Daniel Nitsch, Punx Soundcheck, Napsugar, Alexander Robotnick, Alek Stark, Bangkok Impact, Mooner Industries, Valyom, Rude 66, Avenue D, Maxx Klaxon and Ra-X. In the beginning of 2005 he prepared the remix for "Kill Fly" by Humandroid and "How The West Got Done" by The House Of Destructo, a punk band from Holland. On march instead, with the help of Humandroid, he realized the first videogame soundtrack for the important platform from U.S.A. called Cyberlore. Actually he work as journalist for several italian music magazines (on web and on paper) and as promoter/A&R for Tractor and Eletrik Records, two small underground italian labels.

Alles begann in einer kalten Winternacht im Jahre 2001, als die beiden sich im Internet trafen und sich dazu entschlossen, ein Projekt namens "Voltage Musique" zu gründen. Sie produzierten drei Songs, die noch im selben Jahr auf dem bekannten Label Pocketgame Records erschienen. Ihre erste 12 inch war geboren und wurde auf den Namen "Nitsch&Gleinser - Voltage EP" getauft.
Sie tauchte in den Playlists von DJ Hell, Mike Wills, Steril und vielen anderen auf, außerdem war ein Northern Lite Remix mit auf der Scheibe.
Im Juni 2002 erschien die NEOPOP-2-Compilation auf 1st Decade Records, auf der neben Songs von Felix da Housecat, Ural 13 Diktators, Kiko, Miss Kittin, John Starlight und einigen anderen auch ein Song von Nitsch&Gleinser vertreten war.
Nitsch&Gleinser produzierten weiterhin Songs für ein ***irgendwann erscheinendes*** Album. Einer davon, "La Deuxième", wurde bereits im Juli veröffentlicht. Er ist auf einer Compilation von Daniel Nitschs eigenem Label "Voltage Musique" zu finden, welches er mit Stefan Schuldt und Andreas Henneberg aus Berlin betreibt. Ein weiterer Song, "Welcome", ist auf der Pocketgame-Compilation "Bonus Level 1 - North & South" zu hören.
Im November 2003 bot ihnen Savas Pascalidis an, ihre zweite EP "Time Control" auf Lasergun Records zu veröffentlichen. Und wir wissen - haben sie das auch getan...
2004 produzierten Nitsch&Gleinser viele Remixe für verschiedene Labels wie Superfancy, Karatemusik, Pas de Nom und Voltage Musique. Im Juni 2005 erschien ihre dritte EP "Rollbots" auf Karateklub (WordAndSound). Dapayk und die Polygamy Boys supporteten die EP mit ihren Remixen. Und so konnte man das Release in den Playlisten von vielen DJs wie Boris Dlugosch, Punx Soundcheck, Martin Eyerer uva. wiederfinden.
Im Oktober 05 erscheint auf Voltage Musique ihr von vielen erwartetes Re-Release von "Deuxieme" mit einem groovigen John Dahlbäck Remix.

Denis Karimani ist Remute. Remute ist nicht nur ein Projektnamenpseudonym wie es sie in der Musik-Szene zuhauf gibt ; Remute ist Denis Karimanis Alter Ego in dem der 21jährige Hamburger Jung schon seit frühen Teenagerzeiten seine vielseitigen musikalischen Ideen und Visionen auslebt und diese somit aus den Tiefen seiner Seele nach außen dringen läßt. Der gemeinsame Nenner von Remutes Musik ist , dass sie "emotional" und "vom Herzen" ist und zwar in allen Facetten. Diese beiden Attribute sollen aber nicht aussagen , dass Remute sich zu den Schnulzen-Schreibern zählt und sich fortan lieber in der Schlager und Volksmusik Szene aufhält. Nein , daneben! Remutes Musik bewegt sich in einem sehr weiten Feld , wo sich schweißtreibender Hedonismus-Techno mit und ohne Flächen , deepe und detaillierte House-Geschichten inkl. Click/Störsignal/Knister Action und einem Schuß Disco-Glam , bleepende funky ElectroGrooves und alles dazwischen und drüber hinaus , die Klinke in die Hand geben und gemeinsam eine gute Zeit bis zum Totalexzess haben. U.a. geschah und geschieht dieses auf illustren Labels wie Areal, Dekathlon oder auch Trapez , wo 2005 sein Debütalbum erscheint!
"Totalexzess" ist auch ein passendes Stichwort , um Remutes Livegigs zu beschreiben: Ist er zuhause noch der stille und unauffällige Typ , der seine Musik unspektakulärerweise im stillen Kämmerlein fast ausschließlich mit Hilfe eines profanens "Von-der-Stange"-Rechners macht , so mutiert er bei einem Livegig zu einem Entertainer mit Hang zum Spektakel , der seine Geräte ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste heißlaufen läßt um die Crowd mit abwechslungsreicher Musik zu fesseln , sodass der Schweiß von der Decke regnet und sich die gemeinsame Nacht für lange Zeit und massiv ins Hirn brennt...
Ausserdem betreibt Denis Karimani ,gemeinsam mit Pelle Buys ( aka DJ Unique - u.a. Resident im Click/HH und Mitglied von Einmusik/Italic), das Projekt "Error Error", welches die Welt mit ihrer glitzernden Housedefinition zu heftigen "Shake-Anfällen" der angenehmsten Art führen wird.
Und ferner präsentiert er sich seit Anfang 2005 auch ab und zu mal unter seinem bürgerlichen Namen auf dem , von Lawrence und Carsten Jost betriebenen, Label "Dial", wenn ihm danach ist...

Once upon a time in Antwerp, when even Belgians wore funky bellbottoms, a blue-eyed baby boy descended from a passing cloud of Turkish smokes. A tone-arm picked him up and sat him under the electric diamond of a beat-up Technics 1200. His head buzzing with music, Thomas soon slides into the GROOVE and sets off to learn his trade: SOUND.
Out clubbing in the Nineteen Nineties, he rides the ever-increasing waves of the digital revolution. He also embarks for Chicago, a city where Master DJs brew House Music like Belgians their beer. Auf seinem Imprint Taigatrommel Records bietet Yutanie uns Techno mit all seinen Facetten, als DJ ist er jedoch nur schwer zu katalogisieren. Ein Chameleon, daß sich musikalisch perfekt seiner Umgebung anpasst. Im Mittelpunkt steht bei ihm immer der Groove, welcher sich den Weg bis in die hintersten Ecken der Tanzfläche sucht, um eins klar zum Ausdruck zu bringen: "Abkacken kannst du zu Hause!"

Life & More:
Marcell K. aka Thomson was born in 1979 and his parents wanted him to learn more about music, because his family were playing in a brass band and they all could play different instruments. So he visited a music school with an age of 6 years. He started with playing guitar, but after 1 year he decided to learn playing drums. M. studied them for 8 years and made his acquisition with mark 2. With 17 years he went to his first underground Techno Party in the village Lehnin. The Party was called "Brainstorm" and there he detected the love to electronic Music. After he started "Vinylism" it did not wait for long and he was búying his first Synthesizer. He spent lots of time on machines and released his first tracks on Taigatrommel Records in 2001, which were hard pumpin techno tracks produced basically on Roland MC-505. As next came a release on Vokuhila-Records, the track was just a sort of techno to trance. Actually he prefer working on minimal beats and organic sounds, filled up with strong saw or deep solid basses, rounded with crazy vocals. His style move from retro to minimal and his new project called "Toxic Drums", basement is only abstract groovin beats. Marcell loves to create deep sounds in his home studio, play them live and pump the shit into peoples ears to create ass whipe. Style: Techno, Minimal, Retro
